In order to further strengthen the standardization of the Group's organizational and personnel work, continuously improve the scientific and professional level of organizational and personnel work, and focus on building a team of organizational cadres with firm politics, good style of work, and first-class business. From July 18th to 19th, the Group's Party Committee Organization Department conducted a special training on improving the construction ability of the cadre team in the multi-function hall on the 6th floor of the Investment Building. The training was delivered by Professor Liao Shengping, the head of the Culture and History Teaching and Research Department of the CPC District Party School, Qiu Chaoyong, the head of the Party Committee Organization Department of the Group Company, and Tan Yan, the senior manager. A total of about 100 people from the group's secondary platform companies and affiliated enterprises, as well as personnel department heads, key employees, and cadres and employees of the group's party committee organization department, participated in the training through on-site and video sessions.

Qiu Chaoyong first gave a class opening speech, encouraging all participants to improve themselves from seven aspects: firmly establishing political awareness, loving organizational work, strengthening rule awareness, adhering to a good work style, combining principle and flexibility, being willing to learn, and strictly adhering to the bottom line of integrity, and striving to become a qualified team leader. During the training, he gave a lecture on the theme of "Procedures and Requirements for the Selection and Appointment of Leading Personnel in State-owned Enterprises, and the Writing of Investigation Materials." He explained in detail the specific procedures and requirements for the selection and appointment of cadres, the methods of selection and appointment, and precautions for the writing of investigation materials. He shared his experience in organizing personnel work for many years on the spot. He emphasized that as a cadre of organizational work in the new era, it is necessary to implement the work style of "strict, meticulous, deep, and practical", and the organization and personnel department should become a model department that emphasizes politics, fairness, professional excellence, and good work style.

Liao Shengping gave a special lecture on "The Course of the Party's Organizational Work". Taking the major historical events since the founding of the CPC as an example, he gave a comprehensive introduction to the construction and development process of the Party's organizational work, further deepened the participants' understanding of the development context and basic laws of the Party's organizational construction, and strengthened the Party spirit tempering and political awareness of organizational cadres.

Tan Yan gave a detailed explanation of the requirements for the management of cadre personnel files and the filling specifications of cadre appointment and removal approval forms, enabling participants to further understand the work of cadre personnel files, further improving the institutionalization and standardization of cadre personnel file management.

During this training, participants were organized to visit the Development History Museum of Guangzhou Investment Group on the spot to gain an in-depth understanding of the development history and corporate culture of Guangzhou Investment Group through "listening, seeing, and feeling". Everyone agreed that this training is rich in content, closely related to the actual work of the enterprise, and highly policy-oriented, theoretical, and practical, which is of great guiding significance for improving the quality of organizational personnel work in enterprises.

It is reported that the Organization Department of the Group's Party Committee will hold a special training on organizational and personnel work - improving salary and performance management capabilities on a selective basis.
